The Story So Far

~The Ovens~

In November 2020, we took the long, weird, lockdown journey from Honiton,Devon to Birmingham. A journey under government restrictions, strangely quiet and a lot of miles to to be restricted to only meeting two other people! But off we went to collect our first oven, it was the Apollo model from the amazing team at Skillcraft- Inferno Ovens http://www.infernowoodfiredovens.com. For obvious reasons this oven was named “Pinky”

Soon after Laurie joining the team we took the journey back to Birmingham to collect a Vulcan+ “Big Silver”…. Bigger oven equals more pizza…woohoo

And then the bookings overtook the ovens…so we got another Vulcan+ “Red Mosie”… Dave and his amazing team loaded her onto our trailer

Next there was the biggest project, the cattle trailer!!! Transformed from a dark green trailer used to store and transport an antique tractor, to a indoor (sort of) new cooking space, with its own brand new Vulcan+….. new interior, new exterior, paint, parlour board, steel….worth it
